RCL Services is aerial mapping, digital twins, and custom fabrication, run out of White Hall and Salisbury, Maryland. Started in 2022 as a 3D printing and CAD shop; the drone and GIS work came in 2025. Over 25 mapping projects, 75 media jobs, and 300 prints to date.
Mapping is flown under Part 107 with ground control established by an RTK GNSS rover and used to constrain the bundle adjustment. Independent checkpoints, withheld from processing, are used to compute the reported RMSE. Fabrication starts with a dimensional analysis and ends with a printed part and the CAD files. Starting rates are under each service below.
Before you read further... RCL deliverables are built for planning, documentation, inspection, and visualization. They are not a boundary survey, an engineering survey, or a certified plat. If your project needs a property line, a recorded plat, or anything headed to a permit office or a legal record, Maryland requires a licensed Professional Land Surveyor. I am not one and RCL does not provide that work, so hire a PLS for it. If you already have a surveyor on the project, I am glad to fly the site and hand the data to them.

FAA Part 107 certified flight operations using the DJI Mini 4 Pro, with ground control points surveyed on site using an Emlid Reach RX2 RTK GNSS rover. Imagery is processed into orthomosaics, elevation models, and 3D reconstructions, then validated against independent checkpoints so every mapped deliverable carries a measured accuracy statement. GIS analysis and cartography are available as standalone services or alongside flight work.

Custom fabrication and dimensional reverse engineering, running since 2022 across 300+ completed prints. Every job begins with a dimensional analysis of your part, reference object, or design file, followed by CAD modeling in Onshape and FDM printing in PLA, PETG, or filled composites. STEP and STL files are delivered with every job.

Aerial and ground-level imagery for properties, events, organizations, and small businesses. Aerial sets are flown under Part 107; ground work is shot on Canon EOS Rebel T7. Sets are available separately or combined into a unified package with a video walkthrough. Graphic design and branding services are available independently of photography work.
